Caffit kosher dairy café-restaurant is one of the oldest culinary establishments in Jerusalem. Caffit started out in 1987 as a neighborhood cafe in the German Colony, and over the years, additional branches have opened around the country. Caffit serves a Jerusalem-style Israeli menu that includes long-standing favorites such as the Sweet Potato Oreganato Salad, which, over the years, have become local classic. The friendly attention, personal and professional service, and warm atmosphere are a welcome attraction for the many customers who feel at home at Caffit.
